Vipassana is a form of meditation practiced and taught by Gautam Buddha in India, Nepal, and Tibet (China). Vipassana is a technique that has been around for thousands of years. This technique is used by non-religious and religious people alike, by agnostics, atheists, and people of every religion and faith. The way of seeing things in reality as they really are is known as Vipassana. According to studies, doing Vipassana Meditation daily has huge benefits. It makes us happier, less stressed, more focused and effective, and more aware.
Vipassana is a technique like swimming that makes you self-aware where all your negativity flows out and only positivity remains within. After practicing Vipassana you become a lot more positive towards people and your own self. It is a purification and introspection technique that tells you what is inside your real you. One has to be the executor, manager as well as administrator of one’s body, mind, and apply Dhamma in one’s life. Gautam Buddha taught very well and with a clear vision and transparency that we should apply in our life now.

We have this course which is classified into 4 segments such as Kayanupassana, Vedananupassana, Cittanupassana, and Dhammanupassana. The Kayanupassana segment is practiced for 2 days, where we work on the Body by observing its actions and trying to learn how to control them and lead them in the right direction. In the segment, Vedananupassana, we work on feelings, observe them, and react accordingly. In the Cittanupassana segment, working on the mind is done, by observing it, and trying to control and learning ways to control it. In the last segment, Dhammanupassana, we emphasize Dhamma and try to uplift the life of human beings.
We follow the authentic traditional technique taught by the founder of Buddhism Gautam Buddha around 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal problems.
Kayanupassana stands for “Contemplation on the body”. In the first segment, be aware of the body and its parts and learn how to energize them in the correct manner. It is based on the awareness of the body done via all senses
Vedananupassana means “Contemplation on the feelings”. The second section is about working on feelings, observing them and bringing the best out of them. The feelings can either make us glad or sad, so it is important to work on this.
Cittanupassana means “Contemplation on the mind”. In the third section, we observe the Chitta and work on it. Going beyond the Chitta and control is the main object of Cittanupassana.
Dhammanupassana means “Contemplation on the Dhammas or mental objects”. This section emphasis simply practicing Dhamma. Dhamma includes several categories of metal or physical processes. It enhances the productivity of Good Karma.
